Tired bodies, fuller hearts, and grateful souls.

As we stepped into our third day of MED4DR, we carried both the exhaustion of long hours and the excitement of what was ahead.

The clinic doors opened once again, and the work began—patients were welcomed with

warmth, moving through triage, consultations, and pharmacy, receiving both medical

attention and the love of Christ.

Meanwhile, in another corner of Juan Tomás, the team hosted knitting sessions, bringing people together in a peaceful moment of creativity and community.

Over at Fountain of Life Christian School, English classes were in full swing, led by still more mission team members and filled with learning, laughter, and connection.

The day was eventful and rewarding. By the time the clinic closed at 5:30 PM, 220

patients had been assisted, each one a reminder of why we are here.

And though the work was done for the day, the mission continued. That evening, we gathered at Juan Tomás Bible Church for a powerful prayer service, led by Pastor Paul, who reminded us of the greater purpose behind our service.

As we reflect on today, we are reminded that missions go beyond medicine. It’s about trusting in Gods call to step into his work here, it’s about meeting both physical and spiritual needs, about showing up, and loving as Jesus calls us to do.

We can’t wait to see what God has in store for the days ahead!
